Description

Preventive Maintenance Agreement for Beckman Coulter Instruments The U. S Food & Drug Administration, Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is requesting quotes to provide a MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT for the following Equipments listed below: The vendor shall provide one comprehensive Preventive Maintenance per year (scheduled) for a possible total of 5 years - a base year and 4 option years. The instruments described on this requisition are used by the DNA sequencing and Peptide synthesis laboratories of FDA/CBER Facility for Biotechnology Resources to process DNA sequencing and peptide requests from FDA staff, in support of their research and regulatory duties. To ensure uninterrupted service and prevent delays to FDA staff in meeting established deadlines, the instruments must be perfectly maintained. The one year service agreement described in this RFQ will ensure that the subject instruments are well maintained and in optimum working condition at all times.
