- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, TDAT Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within the parameters of: South of Burgess Road, West of Bayou Boulevard, Southwest of Airport Boulevard, West of N. 12th Avenue, West of West Fairfield, and Northeast of N.W. "W" Street, Pensacola, FL and shall be accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2016. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 39: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 28 Inmates = 1,344 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 28 Inmates = 2,016 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 Inmates = 72 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 5 inmates = 5 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 5 Inmates = 5 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 11 inmates = 528 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 5 inmates = 30 Monitorings. Option Year One: Estimated number of inmates 44: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 7 inmates = 7 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 31 Inmates = 1,488 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 31 Inmates = 2,232 sessions; Family Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units (per inmate) x 7 Inmates = 84 sessions; Psychiatric Evaluation & Report (one per inmate) for 6 inmates = 6 Evaluations; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 7 Inmates = 7 Reports; Mental Health Individual Counseling 48 units per inmate for 12 inmates = 576 units; Medication Monitoring 6 visits per inmate for 6 inmates = 36 Monitorings. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated April 2011-Master's Required.
