- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined Synopsis/solicitation Shall be posted on NECO http://www.neco.navy.mil The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for this procurement action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit quotes or proposals and capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, all quotes or proposals received before the closing date of this RFQ will be considered by the government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure the following items. Description: OJ 454 VIDEO LOGIC BOARD - TO BE REPAIRED PART NUMBER: 39814939-1 QTY 20 EACH OJ 454 LOGIC BOARD “ TO BE REPAIRED PART NUMBER: 398-16178-2 QTY 20 EACH This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: RC Electronics International, Inc. as the only source that can repair these items. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
