SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is issuing a Sources Sought Notice in which it intends to issue a sole source solicitation to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with P.L. 109-461, under Solicitation Number VA-786A-11-RP-0030 for the following: Design-build services necessary for the design and construction to convert burial section 29 for 1150+/- pre-placed double depth concrete crypts at the Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, Oregon. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 455 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
