- Basic information that was given to the potential vendors who attended the site visit to the Family Life Center, Fort Wainwright, Alaska: 1. A system that provides confidentiality to the Chaplain and those individuals that attend the Family Life Center. The Chaplain desires some sort of hard drive to store or be able to retrieve full or partial segments of his sessions with individuals. 2. The Chaplain would like a warranty with the CCTV system even beyond the installation period. Please include this information in your bid. 3. The Chaplain would like chaperone cameras to provide (no dead spaces) features with sound and video recording. a. Some sort of archiving features (CD/DVD or other device) for up to 21 days of sessions. Sessions run 60-90 minutes. b. Each room must be independent with sound & video (No crossover voices) 4. 2 rooms with full coverage (2 cameras & 3 microphones-mounted; microphones should be discrete, but give the Chaplain the option to power on/off). Current system has bad sound quality where recordings are meshed on top of each other and the back ground is really bad. a. Alternate room for coverage is 3rd room. b. Alternate room for coverage is library. 5. Chaplain wants a new camera in the lobby of the Family Life Center in front of the reception desk. 6. Computer software and/or updates for the CCTV cannot be on-line (connected to the Internet) because of confidentially reasons. 7. Must have a back-up battery with at least 30 minutes.
