Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: VA-262-11-RQ-0400. The Department of Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System, Long Beach, California has a requirement for Joint Commission Building Inspection and Drawing Update Services. Contractor shall furnish all materials for Joint Commission Building Inspection and Drawing Update Services at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions and shall be 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541350; size standard $7.0 million per annum. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on 6-10-2011. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due by close of business on Monday June 6th, 2011 at 12:00PM PST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
