- This is a solicitation for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which will be issued on May 27, 2011 and closed on June 7, 2011 at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time. This procurement will have option clause of one base year, plus four - one year options; total duration not to exceed five years. This procurement consists of eight NSNs of various cushioning materials. Pricing will be FOB destination and/or broken into two zones.
