- NSN 1560-00-806-6614, Fitting Assembly, Quantity 30 EA, PR No: 0028763297. The sole approved source is Lockheed Martin Corp. (98897) P/N 901084-1. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation number is SPM4A5-11-R-1233. This is a CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). Configuration Control and QAP 105 apply. Requested delivery is 230 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP with anticipation of issuing a delivery order against current Basic Ordering Agreement. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 14 June 2011.
