This acquisition is to add 21 repair NSNs/PNs to an existing IDIQ contract (Contract # F09603-02-D-0101) for calendar years 2011 and 2012. They support the APQ-122 radar applicable to the MC-130E Talon I aircraft. The proposed contract action is sole source to Raytheon Company, Cage Code 96214 under statutory authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not currently own the technical data. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date is 13 JUN 11.
