- Equipment List - DRAFT SOW - DRAFT RFI number: PFPA4111084 Notice type: Sources Sought NAICS Code: 811118 This Request for Information is seeking 8(a) small businesses capable of providing emergency vehicle equipment and installing the equipment in government furnished vehicles. This RFI is being released by the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) on behalf of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). This RFI is being issued for market research purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the requestor to acquire any products or services. If an RFP is issued, it will be issued by the appropriate Government contracting office and posted to the appropriate Government Point of Entry (GPE). The requestor does not intend to pay for the information requested herein. All information provided is for Government planning use only. If proprietary information is provided, please mark as Proprietary for Government Use Only. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811118. Interested 8(a) firms that are not already registered under this NAICS code should consider adding this NAICS code to their CCR profile to ensure elegibilityfor award in the case this becomes an actual requirement. A DRAFT Statement of Work and a DRAFT Equipment List are attached. These documents are not final and are subject to change. Please review the attached documents and provide a capabilities statement responding to the following: 1)Are you an 8(a) small business registered in the CCR under the applicable NAICS code? 2)Are you able to meet the requirements of the SOW? Are you able to provide and install all of the equipment listed in the Equipment List? Are you able to install radio communications equipment? 3)Would you require a subcontract/teaming agreement in order to provide the services? 4)Are you located within 20 miles of the Pentagon? Submissions: All interested vendors should submit their answers to these questions, not to exceed two (2) pages in length. Submit responses via email to robin.castoldi@whs.mil.
