- This notice is for informational purposes only in accordance with the Recovery Act procedures for contractor protective security officers at the St. Elizabeth's Complex. This is not a solicitation, the Government is not looking to obtain any responses. This task order (HSHQEC-11-J-00072) is issued under an IDIQ type contract on a labor hour basis. Due to the construction taking place at this complex, there will be a fluctuation in hours during the period of performance of this contract. The exact hours cannot be determined as a result of the construction work at this site which can include last minute changes from the stakeholder at the site, differing site conditions, weather conditions, etc.
