- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide 100 parking spaces from 6am - 6 pm Monday through Fridays excluding Federal Holidays from June 27, 2011 - December 26, 2011 with one 6 month option. The VA is looking for one parking area on either side of the hospital within the delineated area around the hospital located at 150 South Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 812930 and the size standard is $35.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include Technical, past performance/similar experience and price. The solicitation package will be available on or about June 2, 2011. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for June 17, 2011 noon. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
