Description
1.Vendor will remove all existing water treatment feed and control equipment. To include the Sulfite injection, Phosphate injection, Amine injection, Nitrite (chilled water) injection, and Cooling Tower injection. 2.Vendor will install and properly mount the 3D Trasar Advanced Control System to the above injection points. 3.Vendor will replace all existing supply and return piping from above injection points to the new 3D Trasar Advanced Control System. 4.Vendor will make all required electrical interconnections between the 3D Trasar and the above injection points (chemical feed pumps and bleed valve). 5.Vendor will use existing electrical supply power to the new 3D Trasar controller. 6.Vendor will install a boiler feed water sample line from each of the two feed water lines to the new 3D Trasar. 7.Vendor to install ¼ inch stainless steel tubing with check valves to sample supply manifold in the 3D Trasar. 8.Vendor to install new shielded injection quill and stainless steel chemical feed line to the Deaerator Tank. 9.Vendor to install stainless steel tubing and injection quills to the existing three Amine injection points. 10.Vendor to install boiler feed water sample line to the Condensate Tank. 11.Vendor to install and route the return feed water piping from the 3D Trasar to the Condensate Tank. 12.Vendor will install all required electrical conduit and conductors between the 3D Trasar and the boiler blow-down/conductivity control valve. 13.Vendor will install new conductivity probe to the existing blow-down line. 14.Vendor will supply three 4-20mA to the chemical feed pumps and the internal treatment. 15.Vendor will install electrical conduit and conductors from the 3D Trasar to the feed pumps. 16.Vendor will install and mount the Hach SP510 Hardness Monitor along with the required sample cooler. 17.Vendor will install the required stainless steel tubing from the Hardness sample cooler to the condensate return lines. Will also make all final connections at the sample cooler. 18.Vendor will install electrical conduit and conductors from the Hach Hardness Monitor to the 3D Trasar (4-20mA analog output points). 19.Vendor will install Clear Coupon rack to the Cooling Tower and Chill Water, with all required piping. 20.Vendor will install three new 4-20mA chemical injection pumps and all required communication wiring between the pumps and the 3D Trasar Controllers. 21.Vendor will perform Start-up and Calibration to all 3D Trasar Controllers and Hardness Analyzer. 22.VA to supply 120 VAC electrical power to all 3D Trasar Controllers and all three chemical pumps. 23.VA to insulate all required piping, painting and patching (if needed). 24.VA to provide chilled water supply and return lines from sample coolers. 25.VA to provide ½ inch NPT connection points to the feed water lines, condensate return lines. All connection points will be supplied with shut off valves. 26.VA will coordinate with vendor on all required shut downs, draining and connection points. 27.Vendor will insure that all mechanical connections, wiring and new piping are properly fastened, mounted, and connected. 28.VA Utility Plant Supervisor and Vendor will perform job walk-thru to insure all work is complete and no discrepancies are present. If discrepancies are found, vendor will immediately correct any issues. 29.Vendor will clean-up area daily and after all work is complete. 30.Vendor will bring all required tools and materials as needed to complete all work. 31.All work will be perform during regular working hours (Monday-Friday 0800-1630).
