Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to negotiate a firm fixed price one year bridge Task Order with immixTechnology using their GSA Contract #GS-35F-0265X for Oracle hosting services. The current Task Order, TPD-ARC-08-K-00019, was awarded with a period of performance of 7/25/2008 - 7/24/2018 under immixTechnology's previous GSA Contract, GS-35F-0330J. However, GSA and immixTechnology negotiated a new contract, GS-35F-0265X, effective 3/3/2011. As such, Option Year 3 cannot be exercised for the period 7/25/2011 - 7/24/2012. Due to time constraints, a bridge Task Order for the period 7/25/2011 - 7/24/2012 will be awarded to immixTechnology. The proposed contract will bridge a gap between the end of the current Task Order, and the award of the follow-on task order to be competed and provide continuity of services for these mission critical requirements.
