Description

Package #1 - Contract Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W-1-W2-24-DP-A06-000 is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-50. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code and small business size standard are 339943 and 500 employees respectively. Item Description: The Internal Revenue Service has a need for the following items: Item 0001: 14-Digit/14-Wheel Reiner Numbering Stamps Quantity: 26 Unit price each: $ Grand Total: Item 0002: 13-Digit/13-Wheel Reiner Numbering Stamps Quantity: 25 Unit price each: $ Grand Total: The Contractors may quote brand name or equal that meets the following specifications: Item 0001 - 14-Digit/14-Wheel Reiner self inking numbering stamp machines with steel inner frame upgrade, 14 digit model, black ink, hand held, 6.5”H x 3 5/8” W x 1 ¼”D, metal depressed zero duplicating and repeat functions. The first two characters – 3/16” GOTHIC, the next three characters – 1/8” ROMAN, the next three characters – 3/16” GOTHIC, the next three characters – 1/8” ROMAN, the next three characters which will include the 14th character – 3/16” GOTHIC. The first 8-digits require manual changing of numbers; the next 5 numbers shall provide consecutive advancing. The 14th digit shall require manual changing. Auto action of this machine is on wheels #9 - #13. Item 0002 – 13-Digit/13-Wheel Reiner self inking numbering stamp machines with steel inner frame upgrade, 13 digit model, black ink, hand held, 6.5”H x 3 5/8” W x 1 ¼” D, metal depressed zero duplicating and repeat functions. All characters – 3/16” GOTHIC, the first 9-digits require manual changing of numbers, the next 4 numbers shall provide consecutive advancing. Auto action of this machine is on wheels #10 - #13. Quoting "equal": If quoting on an equal basis, quotes must provide specifications that will be evaluated for final award. The specifications must include a general description of those salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name items. The Excluded Parties List The Excluded Parties List (EPLS) will be checked prior to final award. Award shall not be made to any contractor listed as debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, excluded or disqualified under the nonprocurement common rule, or otherwise declared ineligible for receiving Federal contracts, certain subcontracts, and certain Federal assistance and benefits.
