- Statement of Work Wage Determination 2005-2063 Request for Quotation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3A31110AG01. Submit written offers - Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50 and DFARS Change Notice 20110516. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 611710 and Size Standard $7M. Description of Service: SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS - IAW PWS statement (see attached). 1. Performance period will be from 1 Aug 2011 through 31 Jul 2012, Basic Period, (or equivalent to one (1) school year, ten (10) months), with four (4) one-year options from 1 Aug 2012- 31 Jul 2016 plus one six-month extension through 31 Jan 2017. 2. Acceptance and inspection of all services will be at Vandenberg AFB, CA. 3. Offers shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. 4. Offers shall be valid until 31 July 2011. 5. Wage Determination 2005-2063, Revision 10, dated 15 Jun 2011 is applicable. 6. All questions relating to this solicitation must be received by 12:00 noon PDT on 6 Jun 2011, in order to ensure adequate time to answer them. 7. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist in writing; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Offers must be received no later than 3:00 pm PDT on 10 Jun 2011 via attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001 School Crossing Guards, Basic Year, (QTY), 12, (Unit) Months, Period of Performance: 1 Aug 2011 - 31 Jul 2012 or as such time period when students are in session in accordance with Crestview Elementary and Lompoc Unified School District. CLIN 1001 School Crossing Guards, Option Year 1, (QTY), 12, (Unit) Months, Period of Performance: 1 Aug 2012 - 31 Jul 2013 or as such time period when students are in session in accordance with Crestview Elementary and Lompoc Unified School District. CLIN 2001 School Crossing Guards, Option Year 2, (QTY), 12, (Unit) Months, Period of Performance: 1 Aug 2013 - 31 Jul 2014 or as such time period when students are in session in accordance with Crestview Elementary and Lompoc Unified School District. Price will be the only factor. (2) All proposals that are received timely will be evaluated and an award will be made to the lowest priced offer.
