- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a sole source basis for the furnishing of five (5) 3KVA UPS Systems and four (4) 3KVA UPS Battery Packs to The Canadian Commercial Corporation, 11th Floor, 50 O ™Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1A-0S6. These items are being procured on a sole source basis because they must be an exact match to the items currently onboard ship. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency with 15 days of this notice. Solicitation will available for download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or about 17 June 2011. The solicitation package will be available electronically “ no hard copies will be sent.
