Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote number is W90HGB11390111. The North American Classification System Code is 424720; the size standard is 100 employees. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item, fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Missouri Army National Guard has a requirement for approximately 40,000 gallons of diesel #2 fuel delivered to 2740 State Road P, Festus, MO 63028 on a daily basis between the hours of 6 pm and 7 pm (CST). Fuel will be transferred to approximately 20 pieces of equipment daily with very few days of no activity. The amount of fuel per day will vary 500-1000 gallons. Period of performance is as soon as possible through 16 July. Partial payments authorized every two weeks for processing. FAR Clauses and Provisions applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the website, http://farsite.hill.af.mil (FAR Clause 52.252-2). The awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration databases as required under FAR 52.204-7 (Apr 2008) prior to receiving an award. Vendors will include Cage Code, Payment Terms, Delivery Date, and two past performance references at time of proposal.
