- The Contractor shall furnish all furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to Construct Warm-up shelters at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Construction details, Statement of Work ( SOW) and Drawings will be provided when the formal solicitation is released. Solicitation to be released on or about April 21, 2011. The project range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Contract must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number, Cage Code and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated required information will not receive a response. Fax or email request will be accepted.
