Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement to provide the refurbishment of the Pump & Generation Plant (PGP) Stop Logs, located at Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. Except for a 70 ton Gantry crane located on the rails at the PGP, Contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the subject project. The work to be performed under this solicitation consists of disassembly of 11 stop logs (varying 15,200-25,000 lobs in weight), refurbish, repaint, and customization of new seals for all units. Other notable construction requirements include providing additional spare parts and customized molds for future refurbishment needs. Grand Coulee Dam is located 180 miles E of Seattle, 100 miles W of Spokane, in Grand Coulee, Washington. Contractors shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the subject project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 332312. The small business size standard applicable to this project is 500 employees. The order of magnitude for this project is more between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is being advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible Small Business concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to the award of any contract.
