Ft. (ABOA): 1,645 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: All space must be contiguous in one suite, on one floor (2 nd floor or higher). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
