- IQC11110009001, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 06-16-2011/CLOSING DATE 07-18-2011 This solicitation to result in a long-term contract, one base year and four option years for an indefinite quantity for stock of NSN 1680-00-897-3474, Track, Seat Horizontal. As mentioned above, this contract will include four option years that the Government may choose to exercise. This solicitation will be issued full and open after exclusion of sources. This procurement is being solicited as a Hubzone Set-Aside, Request For Proposal, with the intention of awarding a Indefinite Quantity Contract. Only offers from hubzone manufacturers or hubzone dealers furnishing a hubzone manufacturer's product will be considered. This item is configuration control and a critical application item. First Article Testing is required. Solicitation will be Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin for each delivery order and FOB will be at destination for each delivery order. Requested Delivery for each delivery order is 250 DARO (including FAT and Eval. Days). Requested delivery for each delivery order after F/A approval is 80 days ARO. A technical data package is available for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
