- Military activities including the Defense Language Institute (DLI) Presidio of Monterey, California and the Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, California require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk, dairy, and ice cream products from Oct 30, 2011 - Nov 9, 2013.Military activities including Vandenberg AFB, Port Hueneme, CA and Point Mugu, California require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk, dairy, and ice cream products from Nov 13, 2011 - Nov 9, 2013. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Contract period will be for approx. 24 months. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation issue date is approximately sometime after mid-June. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/.
