- Synopsis: Data Analysis Administration Support Requirement - Pre-solicitation Notice The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking a contractor to review and evaluate data contained in the automated systems of the plan service providers and PBGC's corporate database, Genesis (Spectrum). The contractor shall provide technical, actuarial and administrative support to the Trusteeship Processing Divisions (TPD) and the Field Benefit Administrators (FBAs), due an increase in plans being trusteed by PBGC and new software releases. Services will be concentrated in the PBGC's Operations and Actuarial Systems Division (OASD) within the Benefit Administration Payment Department (BAPD). The award will consist of one base year with two (2) one-year option years for a possible total three (3) year contract. The solicitation document will be posted the FedBizOpps website. The site contains downloading instructions. All information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be available through the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website frequently to make sure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation and any amendments will not be available. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be made available to interested parties through FedBizOpps on or about June 27, 2011. This acquisition is offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by PBGC.
