- Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Atlanta, Georgia, that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,376 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,631 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for 10 years/5 years firm. The delineated area is: North-State Street-Knight Street South-South Georgia Parkway East-Hatcher Point Road West-George Street- Carswell Avenue-Garlington Avenue.
