Description
Inquiries & Responses: 1. The project synopsis seems to indicate that the Government will score only information submitted in the SF 330 Part 1, Section F, in response to Criterion 1 - Specialized Experience. With over 25 SOW items listed in the synopsis and only 5 projects allowed to demonstrate our experience, it ™s a tall order to cover all SOW items. The same seems to apply to Criterion 2 - Professional Qualifications and Technical Competence, where it appears that only information submitted in the SF 330 Part 1 Section E will be scored. Consequently, will additional information addressing Criteria 1 and 2 be scored if provided in Section H, or should we address only Criteria 3 to 8 in Section H? Response: Criterion 1 is modified to request 10 sample projects (see attachment). Additional information for Sections E & F can be provided in Section H; however, only additional information pertaining to the 10 sample projects will be considered. No additional projects beyond the ten provided for Section F will be considered for Criterion 1 evaluation. 2. The RFP specifies the need to include ESRI certified trainers. Do Certified Geographic Information Systems Professionals (GISP) fulfill that requirement? Response: Yes, Certified Geographic Information Systems Professionals (GISP) will satisfy the requirement. 3. Given our desire to provide you with a depth of resources across the breadth of potential scope for this IDIQ, and the page count limitation, is it permissible to dual hat a few professionals on our organization chart (e.g., show someone as a task manager and also a discipline leader) ? Response: Yes, key personnel proposed for this contract may fulfill more than one discipline/role.
