- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has a requirement for Interpreter Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Services. The RFQ is requesting quotes for Interpreter Services in accordance with the statement of work that is attached in the RFQ N00174-11-T-0029 following the CLINS. This is prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with addition information in this notice. All questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than June 14, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. The RFQ will close June 16, 2011 at 3:00PM Eastern Standard time. The NAICS Code is 541930 and FSC Code is R608. The resulting purchase order will be a Not to Exceed Purchase Order. Offerors submitting quotes other than a Not to Exceed will be considered non-responsive. This requirement is a 100% small business (SB) Set-Aside. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. EST on June 16, 2011. Responses shall include all pages of the RFQ N00174-11-T-0029 with the appropriate information filled out. Provide responses to Linda Brady at NSWC IHD 4072 North Jackson Rd.
