- Solicitation No. W9127N-11-Q-0040. Accordingly, the Solicitation No. W9127N-11-Q-0040 is modified in the following particulars, but in no others. 1. The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to correct the Unit of Issu on Contracting Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0004, 0005, 1004, 1005, 2004, 2005, 3004, 3005, 4004, and 4005. 2. CLINs 0004, 0005, 1004, 1005, 2004, 2005, 3004, 3005, 4004, and 4005 have been changed as follows: a. The unit quantity of CLINS 0001 through 4005 has been changed from 100 Acres to 1 Lump Sum. 3. The Period of Performance for the Base Year is Date of Award through May 31, 2012. 4. The Period of Performance for the Option Years as follows: a. Option Year ONE (1) - June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013 b. Option Year TWO (2) - June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014 c. Option Year THREE (3)- June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015 d. Option Year FOUR (4) - June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016 5. All potential offerors are still required to submit the required documentation as noted on the Instructions to Offerors page prior to the extended closing date and time noted below. 6. The Closing Date and Time has been updated and shall close on Friday June 17, 2011 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
