Description

Notice of Intent: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0303 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is for supply of Fracture fixation implants. The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Alliant Healthcare Products, 8850 M 89 STE A Richland MI 49083-8558 CAGE Code: 3Y2R6, NAICS: 339112 Justification: As required by FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that Alliant Healthcare products is the only vendor that can provide the fracture fixation implants that compatible with existing proprietary instrumentation unique to Naval Medical Center San Diego. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil. Please fax (619-532-6165) or email (joseph.bancod@med.navy.mil ) your quote to Joseph Bancod on or before 06/09/2011 08:00 AM PST. Email submissions are limited to 2MB. The submitter should confirm receipt of facsimile and email submissions.
