- FY11 ROAD MAINTENANCE Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for FY11 Road Maintenance. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Colorado in the following Counties: Fremont, Garfield, Gunnison, Park, Moffat, Chaffee, Saguache, Huerfano, Rio Blanco and Montrose Counties all in Colorado. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to maintain roads, as designated by this Contract. Part of the work shall be completed by motor grader and paid for by the mile and part of the work shall be completed by Crawler tractor w/ripper and paid for by the hour. The solicitation shall be set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors ); size standard is $14 million.
