Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC)/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is interested in leasing approximately 1000 rentable square feet of office space together with one (1) adjacent parking space in the area of Yorktown, VA, bound on the North by Denbigh Blvd., South by Highway 64, and within one mile of George Washington Memorial Highway for the East and West boundaries. The required lease term is for at least (5) years but no more than ten (10) years with a 90 day termination clause by the Government. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. The space offered must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; and 2) rate per square feet. If the proposal is a build to suit, provide the location of property to be used for new construction and evidence that the property is under your control. Proposal submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
