- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced task order was awarded to Perkins + Will of Atlanta, Georgia, under contract AG-3K15-C-08-0016 for architectural and engineering (A-E) services. This modification increases the time for a resident inspector at Beltsville Area Research Center at Beltsville, Maryland. This task order was issued under an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E Services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services. The selection of Perkins + Will, Inc. was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, specialized technical knowledge, specialized knowledge of the location where the work will be performed, and an internal analysis of costs.
