Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is F1S0AF1098B001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2011-05-18. NAICS is 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFFTC/PKEE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking the following, PCB Piezotronics model #357A19 or eqaul, that meets the minimum requirement: • QTY: 12 • Model 030A10, Product Type: Cable Assembly • Miniature, low noise, blue coaxial Teflon cable, 10-Ft, 3-56 plug to 10-32 plug • 0.11 X 0.16 X 0.27 inch (2.8 X 4.1 X 6.9 mm) envelope • Weighs 0.0007 ounces (0.20 grams) • Operating temperature range: -100 to +350 degrees F • Must operate on thermal cycling and vibration stress screening of circuit boards, disc drive mechanisms, mobile phones, PKA's and other electronic devices. • Must include NVH studies on automotive parts and modal analysis of small structures and satellite components. • Must be structured with shear mode, piezoceramic sensing element and produces a 0.35 pC/g output signal, with frequency response of up to 20 kHz and resonant frequency of greater than 70 kHz • Must include a 10,000 g shock limit, robust titanium housing, 3-56 coaxial electrical connector and standard 10 ft (3m) low-noise cable. Items must be delivered to Edwards AFB, CA 93524. All delivery and pick-up charges must be included in the quote for FOB Destination.
