Description
Instructions for Obtaining Certification as a Qualified U.S. Contractor This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 332710, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAC1108A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 effective 31 May 2011. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for Copper Alloy Panels WARNING - The copper alloy panel specifications and drawings contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C. App 2401 et seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. In accordance with DoD Directive 5230.25, distribution of specifications and drawings will be restricted to qualified U.S. Contractors.
