Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability of small business entities capable of performing collection, segregation, transport, disposal, and incineration of universal and non-RCRA pharmaceutical waste, as well as bio-hazardous medical sharps waste. Respondents must be capable of providing services identified in the accompanying Draft Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) identifier for this service is 562119. Interested parties may respond by submitting a qualifications letter containing the following information: 1.Name 2.DUNS Number 3.Small Business Classification 4.Demonstrated experience in providing similar services (in scope and magnitude) to medical facilities in the State of Florida Responses shall be sent via email, no later than 4 p.m. on June 8, 2011.
