Description

The VA Des Moines Contracting Office, 3600 30th Street, Building 2, Room 214, Des Moines, IA is seeking vendors capable of providing the VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines Division, Department of Medical Services for Rheumatology services at VA Central Iowa Health Care System. Contractor will provide both on site rheumatology services as follows: two, four-hour clinics per week, inpatient consults and procuredures (cortisone injections) as required. The anticipated contract period is from August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012 with four additional twelve month option periods. It is contemplated that the contract effective date shall be August 1, 2011. If however, the administrative determinations have not yet been completed and award has not been made, the contract will become effective as soon as practicable with no additional cost to the Government for any elapsed time from the original effective date. The solicitation is available with this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a written offers which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Government. OFFERS MUST BE COMPLETE AND PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED IN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Any questions must be submitted in writing to sarah.davis4@va.gov.
