- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - HIGHER EDUCATION MARKETING FIRM The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY is searching for an advertising/marketing/direct mail firm who specializes in higher education marketing The firm will create, execute and manage our campaign for recruitment purposes. This is a media campaign that includes all of the creative, the art work, editing, photography, printing, and mailing for brochures and postcards. This campaign will also include web-based marketing. This campaign is directed to schools, counselors, prospective candidates, and their parents (influencers and the students). The goal of the campaign is to have more touch points with each candidate, increase the awareness of West Point, have candidate targeted messages, a succinct and aligned campaign, and replacement of all mailings. Contractor must be able to provide finished printed products as well as mailing services with labels and variable material. Contractor should have an in depth knowledge of Naviance and be able to link West Point with students who are searching for colleges within that system. Contractor will have a designated creative team that is assigned to West Point to work with us from the beginning stages of creative design until the delivery of the final product. The team should then also be available after delivery for consultation and questions that may arise when executing the campaign as well. Creative team should include Designer, Editor, Design Manager, Client Service Manager, and Overall Client Manager. Contractor should be able to provide proof of being able to deliver the variable material in a secure manner to market. The company and the team must come with a wealth of higher education marketing experience at all levels including the K-12 market, and be positioned to help West Point succeed with the campaign that we will be executing.
