- SUBJECT: Project CONSTRUCT PAD 3000, AMMUNITION STORAGE AREA, CAMP DARBY, PISA, ITALY Solicitation Number : W912PF-11-B-0003 Set Aside Code; N/A Response date: 26 JULY 2011 AT 14:00 HRS Issuance date of the solicitation: 24 JUNE 2011 Note to offerors: The project consists in the demolition of an old masonry building and the construction of a reinforced concrete pad. The pad will be provided with a catenary type lightning protection system Work category : SOA CATEGORY AND CLASSIFICATION: OG1 -I SITE VISIT : The site visit will be held on 29 JUNE 2011 at 9:00 hrs. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: Main Gate- Camp Darby ( Gate no.4). Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 20 JUNE 2011 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the project number and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the base. We inform you that our computer does not provide prrof of your mail receipt.
