- Description
- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has a requirement for a contractor that can provide meeting support for international and domestic meetings and conference. The successful contractor will be asked to perform a variety of duties in relation to meeting and conference support, to include: • Developing conference plans. • Assistance in selecting conference participants. • Assistance in conference site selection and reservation. • Communication and travel arranging with meeting participants. • Arranging of all necessary meeting rooms. • Coordinating registration, registration fees, and meeting materials. • Providing graphic support that includes design and production of conference and meeting materials. It is anticipated that any resultant contract will be awarded as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract with a base year and 4 option years. It is the intent of the government to award one contract beginning on or about December 01, 2011. The RFP will be available electronically on or about June 27, 2011 and may be accessed through FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. This notice does not commit the government to award a contract.
