Attachment 8: Section 508 References Attachment 7: Current Operating Environment Attachment 6: Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 5: Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, SF-LLL Attachment 4: Potential Enhancements Attachment 3: Past Performance Survey Attachment 2: Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attached, is RFP 11-233-SOL-00246 for Grants.gov Information Technology Services Attached, is a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Grants.gov Information Services to the Grants.gov Program Management Office. The Grants.gov Program Management Office (PMO) is supported by all 26 of the major Federal grant-making agencies, with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as the managing partner. The PMO is responsible for all operational and enhancement activities, including program management, system operation and maintenance, system development and integration, system verification, help desk operations, website maintenance, and program communications and outreach. Currently, the Grants.gov system provides services to the grant community via one location or portal to find and apply for all Federal grants. Grants.gov needs high-quality system services to operate and maintain the system, as well as implement functional and performance enhancements that are required to support increased effectiveness and system usage. These services include, but are not limited to: software development and maintenance; Grants.gov infrastructure support; development and deployment of electronic application forms; integration with other systems for authentication; platform- and browser-independent system access; and technical support to organizations integrating with Grants.gov. This is a total 8(a) set aside competition. The NAICS code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $25 million. Please read the RFP in its entirety.
