- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management proposes to enter into a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR Part 8.4, Federal Supply Schedules, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). This procurement is for additional training courses towards the Federal Financial Management Certificate Program. Since a few employees had started the program, they need to continue with the provider, Management Concepts of 8230 Leesburg Pike, Vienna VA 22182, as no other institution will approve the credits towards a similar certification program.
