Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (DEPLOYMENT KITS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name 100% total small business set aside. Solicitation/synopsis reference number HQ002811166600 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, effective 06 May 2011, and DFARS Change Notice 20110427. (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (JUN 2008): (a) Re para (a): NAICS 423410; small business size standard is 100 employees. (b) Note that para (k) requires quoter to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at time order is issued and throughout performance.
