Description

SF 1449 Solicitation Nonpersonal Services: Discovery Resource Manager. The work to be performed at the Airman and Family Readiness Center includes, but is not limited to, managing and operating the Airman and Family Readiness Center's Discovery Resource Center, developing, maintaining and publicizing quarterly and monthly calendars/flyers of classes and events, and performing other duties included in the Statement of Work. The base period of performance will be 9 October 2011 through 8 October 2012, with two, one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is 100% setaside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 561110 and the corresponding size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation will be issued as a SF 1449, Commercial Solicitation. Please submit quote on the SF 1449. The Service Contract Act will apply. The anticipated Offeror Proposal Due Date is 7 July 2011. The solicitation will be available only via the Electronic Posting System. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AN AWARD IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE. (REF DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration) If your company is registered in ORCA, there is no need to fil out clause 52.212-3 (Reps and Certs). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.
