- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing an order for the purchase of Specialized Engineering Services in support of the AN/ALQ-135 ICS Depot Test Stations. The Performanced-Based Work Statement (PBWS) states the contractor shall provide engineering support to resolve problems encountered with the operation and use of depot support equipment used to support AN/ALQ-135 including Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), Interface Test Adapters (ITA), TPS and related documentation. The Period of Performance shall be 12 months after receipt of order (ARO) for a quantity of 1 LO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit solesource to NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION, 101 INDUSTRIAL PARK BLVD, WARNER ROBINS, GA 31088-7409 (Cage Code 1LTU5) under the authority of 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within this discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
