- . Pursuant to the issuance of a Sources Sought Notice on FBO, 11 April 2011, Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), with Todd M Husty, D.O., P.A., Oviedo, FL, as the only responsible source capable of providing recruitment and comprehensive support and sustainment services for four MRI technologists at the Role 3 medical facilities in Afghanistan beginning 1 September 2011 for a six-month performance period. A long-term contract will be competed during that period.. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561320 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. All capability statements received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement..
