- Description
- The U.S. Government currently leases 2,288 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space located at the U.S. Attorney's Office that is about to occupy a new construction building located at a site bounded by Whitaker St., West St., Julian St., Barnard St., and West Bryan St. The Government intends to negotiate a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm lease at this location at the above square footage based on agency mission to be collocated with the U.S. Attorney's Office. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
