Description
DLA Land and Maritime (Columbus, OH) proposes to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term indefinite quantity contract, which includes priced option years as a means to adjust contract prices. This project is comprised of 7 NSNs that support various equipment utilized by the United States Military such as the M-88 Recovery Vehicle, Field Artillery Ammo Support Vehicle (M992), Personnel Carriers, Amphibious Assault Vehicle and the M-1 Abrams Tank. In addition, some of the NSN's support the CH-53 Helicopter and other Aircraft such as the Stratolifter, F-15, F-16 and Thunderbolt. Other NSN'S on this project support ROWPU equipment, the Trident (Ohio Class) submarine and generators (TQG). Still other NSN's are in support of sight equipment for the TOW missile and in support of the 120 MM mortar. This indefinite quantity contract (IQC) solicitation is for 7 NSN's that are managed by both DLA Land and Maritime (Columbus, OH) and DLA Troop Support (Philadelphia, PA). The primary purpose of this procurement is to provide stock coverage due to the long production lead times. The solicitation will be r estricted as a 100% small business set-aside, with full & open competition after exclusion of sources. The estimated annual demand dollar value of for the 7 NSN's is estimated to be $477,584.89 Orders will be issued using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The solicitation is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract four additional years in one-year increments. The Governments delivery requirements on the NSN's range from 90 days to 210 days. Note: The solicitation opens on June 28, 2011, at that time the solicitation document and attachments as well as the drawings will be available in the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
