- The purpose of this effort is to provide engineering, technical support, program management support, and logistic support to the Environmental Support Office (ESO). The ESO requires engineering, technical support, and program management support to provide policy and guidance development for the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), direct technical support to Army Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and Program Managers (PMs), and logistical support to Army field activities related to supporting the Army Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) Reserve maintaining the ODS inventory. This effort was previously awarded as a competitive contract, as a result a delivery order was issued against PTI's GSA schedule contract #GS-10F-0350S.
