Description

Sources sought for vendors interested in performing an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity service contract at DLA Disposition Services Aberdeen, located at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. The requirement is for recurring preventive maintenance, and as needed service call repair, of 5 pieces of material handling equipment (MHE). Quantity and type of equipment may change throughout contract performance, but current equipment consists of 2 forklifts, 2 front end loaders, and one crane/excavator. The preventive maintenance would be at a fixed price, including all labor and parts. Service call/repair would be priced at an hourly rate at time of award, with parts reimbursed at cost. There is no markup on the parts for service calls. Applicable NAICS is 811310, SB size is $7,000,000. Any firm that responds and requests a set-aside (small business, HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB, etc.) shall acknowledge understanding that the set-aside requires at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the concern (SB, EDWOSB) or another concern with the same status (HUBZone, SDVOSB).
