Description: The Naval Sea Systems Command anticipates awarding a modification to existing facilities restoration contract N0002411E4310 on a sole source basis to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Rocket Center, WV to provide additional funding for the restoration of Government-owned buildings, utilities, and facilities located at the Allegany Ballistic Laboratory (ABL) in Rocket Center, WV. This modification is contemplated on a sole source basis with Alliant Techsystems, Inc., as this firm is currently the operator of this Government-owned facility.
